How do I book?
You can either email or call me with dates in mind and we can work together to book you in for your amazing photoshoot!
How can I pay?
I will send you a full invoice for the booking, you can either just pay the deposit or pay in full. The final payment is due 10 days before your booking is scheduled. You can pay via BACS, Paypal or online with a card whichever you prefer. The deposit amount is half the session fee.
Are you insured?
Yes I am fully insured which also includes all my equipment.
Where can I find your contact details?
All my contact details are on every page of my website so it's very easy to get hold of me.
Will I need to sign a contract?
Yes. This just outlines everything for you and enables me to carry out my work and to be sure we are all on the same page.
What happens if I need to cancel?
I really try to avoid cancellations, this would only ever happen if your horse was taken very ill, died or there was a critical emergency. With regards to inclement weather, sickness, lameness or just something that rears it's ugly head that we can't avoid, I will re-arrange the appointment for another day that is convenient for the both of us. An in depth policy will be in the contract.
How many horses can I have and can I include family?
Yes. This is your day so you can have all your horses. I would suggest to keep it to minimum with family e.g. husband/children. If you wanted a family portrait session (with 3 or more family members) with your horses this would be a different pricing and booking.
How long will it take?
A shooting session normally takes about 2 hours, though I will be there half an hour before your session starts and afterwards to pack up and go over the last of the details of the session and how you thought it went. Give yourself half a day for your photoshoot! Don't rush it, make sure you have plenty of time to get ready!! Being pushed for time and stressed will not make for great photos.
